Heading Out Of Indy
THIS............................STORY...........IS..............HAVING.........
......TROUBLE...........BEING......... .........TOLD!
For some reason, I tried like 4 times last night to put a 'Winding Down in Indy' entry onto the blog, but my computer kept freezing and locking me out. For some reason, the powers that be don't want you to know how HARD it is to find a 7-11 in the Metro Indianapolis area. But I have found a way around it...and now I don't have time to tell the story. But just know, I got a Slurpee.
We're done in Indy. We're all packing up our lives and getting ready to set out for Decorah, Iowa. It actually looks like a quaint little hamlet in Iowa - known for it's mountain biking trails and Nordic Festival. So, you know I'm excited.
Anyway - we said goodbye to Graham, our director, and to Butler University. They were good hosts. We had our final preview - with 4 people in attendance (long story...but the house has 3,000 seats in it...so it was kind of funny....) - and we had a rockin' day off.
The van is a honkin' so I'm on my way out. Check back tomorrow for PICTURES from our last days in Indy. And our successful Slurpee run. And some drunken madness...and my sober madness.
Thank you Indianapolis! Good night!
Gussy
